By submitting this form to us, you are acknowledging that you are not guaranteed the reservation of facilities until such request has been authorized by the church administrative office. Once your request has been received, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible in order to expedite your request.
When reservations are made by, or on behalf of, any Providence Church ministry, there are no charges. However, a fee will be assigned to all reservations made by Providence Church membership for personal use.
Once your request submission has been received, we will contact you for further information and calendaring purposes.
